Pumpkin
Pumpkin one would think it was made to give color to the dull days of autumn. The best moment in terms of its maturation is indeed autumn and specifically the period that elapses from the month of October to November. It is reported that the various varieties of pumpkin come from northern Mexico, while the origin of the pumpkin pie comes from the settlers of America.
Pumpkin is one of the widely developed vegetables. It belongs to the Cucurbitaceae family, such as cucumber, melon, etc. Fruits vary greatly in shape, size and colors. Pumpkins, in general, are characterized by orange or yellow outer skin color. However, some varieties may show dark to light green, brown, white, red and gray colors.
To plant the sweet pumpkin early in April, we prepare the young pumpkin seedlings in a special seedbed or procure ready-made plants that we transplant.
