Why do the leaves of our plants turn yellow?
When the leaves of the plants turn yellow and fall from the trunk, it means that our plant is not growing in the right conditions.
The main reason that causes yellowing of leaves is the lack of nutrients in the soil such as the lack of iron, magnesium and nitrogen. Nutrient deficiencies of the above elements are easily treated with the addition of fertilizers. Also, reduced brightness can cause yellowing of the leaves because most plants love light and prefer sunny spots to shady spots.
In order for our plants to photosynthesize and absorb nutrients from the soil, they need regular watering. Plants suffering from a lack of water also show yellowing of their leaves. Also, overwatering keeps moisture in the roots of the plants causing their leaves to turn yellow or even worse attract fungus.
Therefore, it is beneficial to feed our plants with iron throughout the year and adjust the watering according to the needs of the plants. We recommend the following fertilizers: BIOFYT Organic Iron for all plants, FLORIAN Iron Sulphate and FLORIAN Fertilizer and Iron for garden plants, shrubs and trees.
