Hibiscus
Hibiscus is a plant of Asian origin that belongs to a genus with 150 species of herbaceous plants, shrubs and trees. It is a fast-growing plant, while it is planted at distances of 3-4 meters in each direction. It is characterized by its rich colorful flowering, which lasts a long time, as well as for the very nice shape of its leaves.
Its flowering period begins from June to October. It grows very well in sunny places, but its growth does not decrease in semi-shady sites. It withstands low temperatures and air pollution of cities. It thrives on almost all soils. Its propagation is carried out by mature cuttings in early spring.
