Aromatic Plants, secrets for drying and storing them!
The cultivation of aromatic plants is not at all difficult and demanding. You can use clay or plastic pots for the balconies, while if you have a garden plant the aromatic plants in rows. They all need sun with the sole exception of mint which needs a shady spot. Aromatic plants such as oregano, thyme, sage, rosemary, etc. you can dry them and use them right away in your kitchen. They must be collected in the morning. Hang the bunches of herbs upside down in a dry and well-ventilated area. The time required to complete drying varies according to the type of plant. When the herbs are dry, place them in glass jars with hermetically sealed lids.
